WHY KETTLEBELLS?

Core-centric in nature, kettlebells are safer than traditional weights.  Instead of lifting weights with just your arms and legs, kettlebells use core power and the entire body.  When projecting from the core, one is much less likely to experience injury.  Not only do kettlebells build muscle strength, but they also provide a great source of cardiovascular exercise.  There are limitless options for people of all skill levels and backgrounds in Marie's classes.

Marie uses cross-training in her classes to confuse the muscles so that they never plateau.  She is a firm believer in group workouts.  There is something so powerful about a room full of people with a common goal.  Her classes are supportive and encouraging, yet they provide a challenge for any level of student.
